I have an unusual hobby: aerial gymnastics. It has completely transformed my perception of my own capabilities. I train on aerial silks — long silk ribbons suspended from the ceiling. At first, even climbing up was a challenge… But I succeeded, and I continue to grow and progress. Aerial gymnastics teaches you not to fear heights and to believe in yourself.
