I lead an active lifestyle, so I have a wide range of interests. Every morning, I like to run in the morning in the park. Also, I like to ride a bike and of course do yoga. I want to be cheerful, healthy, enjoy every moment and not get upset over trifles, and yoga is a great way to do this. Also, yoga helps me relieve anxiety and unload my mind.
