I choose for myself a hobby that will not only give pleasure and bring joy, but will also help maintain health and keep myself in good shape. I lead an active lifestyle and love to play sports. Sport takes up a big part of my life. A morning run for half an hour helps to recharge your batteries for the whole day. Also, I go to the gym. And how nice it is to play beach volleyball near the river or the sea in summer! But, since yoga appeared in my life, I began to slowly engage in it, and got so involved that for many years yoga has been my best friend and assistant. Namely, it saves me from many troubles in life, relaxes, helps to cope with stress and prolongs youth. In my free time, I take courses in psychology and English, as well as read interesting and exciting books. Sometimes in the evenings, I meet my best friends. We like to chat on different topics, take a walk in the park or around the city.
